The Hydraulic Drum Cutter can be installed on any type of hydraulic excavator. It is installed using the hydraulic circuits of the hydraulic breaker or hydraulic pliers. It is easy to use and can efficiently replace common configurations such as buckets, breakers, and hydraulic shears.

With its highly robust frame and transmission design, it has a long service life. It has a full range of working angles, allowing it to rotate 360 degrees by itself. The maintenance is convenient and does not require greasing or nitrogen filling. There are no special requirements for the maintenance and repair of the excavator.
Application
The Hydraulic Drum Cutter serves a wide range of industries, including open-pit coal mining, tunnel excavation and contour correction, channel and ditch milling, asphalt concrete pavement milling, rock and frozen soil excavation, and tree root milling.
It also performs exceptionally well in mining operations for specific rock types: low-hardness rocks, weathered rocks, and high-hardness rocks with layered structures. The milling and excavation capacity can reach 80 to 120 tons per hour, depending on rock hardness. This hydraulic drum cutter is an ideal replacement for blasting construction and effectively protects the surrounding environment.
