Drum Roller Compactor

The drum compactor (often referred to as hydraulic drum compactor, excavator drum compactor or slope drum compactor) is a hydraulic vibrating compaction device installed at the front end of construction machinery such as excavators and loaders. It uses its own gravity and high-frequency excitation force to quickly compact and consolidate various construction and road-building materials.

Combination of Gravity and Vibration: Utilizing the static load of the drum itself and the centrifugal force generated by the built-in eccentric block, a high-frequency vibration power is formed for driving: Usually, the hydraulic system of the excavator drives the motor, which in turn drives the internal eccentric shaft to rotate at high speed, thereby generating continuous impact vibration.

Slopes and dams: Specifically designed for road slopes, railway embankments, river banks, and water conservancy dams on inclined surfaces, with excellent climbing and adhesion capabilities.

Trench and pipeline backfilling: Applicable for compacting in narrow areas, both sides of pipelines and foundation backfill soil, addressing the issue of large road rollers being unable to reach.

Road surface and foundation renovation: Used for road maintenance, asphalt concrete pavement, gravel mixtures, and non-clayey soil foundations.
