Hydraulic Pulverizer

The Hydraulic Pulverizers are a type of front-end accessory for excavators. The Hydraulic Pulverizer produced by DOOCANG are specifically designed for concrete crushing, and are highly suitable for crushing concrete, separating different materials for recycling, as well as cutting reinforcing bars and small steel profiles. They are widely used in the demolition of buildings, factory beams and columns, houses and other architectural structures, as well as for reinforcing bar recovery and concrete crushing. Their working efficiency is two to three times that of hydraulic breakers, featuring no vibration, low dust, low noise, high efficiency, and low crushing costs. 

The Hydraulic Pulverizer is driven by a hydraulic cylinder and achieves crushing by controlling the angle between the moving jaw and the fixed jaw. DOOCANG Hydraulic Pulverizer uses a speed-increasing valve to return the hydraulic oil in the cylinder rod chamber to the no-rod chamber, thereby increasing the speed when the hydraulic cylinder extends and reducing the idle travel time. While keeping the oil cylinder thrust constant, it increases the working speed of the oil cylinder, thereby improving the work efficiency. The hydraulic cylinder is installed upside down, which can avoid the piston rod from being hit and scratched.
