Product Introduction

Product Overview

Our Inner and Outer Bush are installed inside the front cylinder, wrapping around the chisel to form a protective and guiding assembly.

Function

They guide the vertical movement of the chisel, withstand the lateral pressure exerted by the chisel during operation, and prevent the drill rod from directly wearing the front cylinder. The lower bush wears out first in actual use; if the gap between the bush and the chisel becomes too large, it must be replaced in time-otherwise, the front cylinder will be severely damaged.

Inner and Outer Bush

Main Reasons Of Damage to Inner and Outer Bush

● Lack of lubrication: Failure to apply grease on time, resulting in dry grinding between the drill rod and the inner and outer bush.

● Excessive gap: When the unilateral gap is too large, dust is prone to invade and scratch the piston and the cylinder block.

● Poor operation: Continuous empty striking, oblique striking or using stones to pry, generating huge lateral force.

Response and Handling Methods

1

Immediately stop the machine when oil leakage, insufficient striking force or abnormal noise is detected for inspection.

Replace parts: Use professional tools (such as an oil press or gas cutting) to remove the old inner and outer bush, clean up debris and replace with new ones.

Standard maintenance: Add grease once every two hours to prevent empty striking.
