Chisels Pin

● Frequent blank firing: The hammer fails to stop promptly after the broken material collapses. The impact force from the piston is directly borne by the chisel pin.

● Insufficient lubrication: Lack of grease raises friction resistance, triggering overheating and seizure between the chisel pin and bushes.

● Improper operation: Levering sideways by using the chisel as a crowbar creates uneven stress on the chisel pin, which further causes fracture or deformation.

● Shutdown and inspection: Disassemble the front head to remove impurities and inspect pin holes for deformation and scoring.

● Spare parts replacement: A new matching chisel pin must be installed if the pin breaks or suffers severe wear. Timely repair is reqired if the pin hole is excessively worn.

● Standardized operation: Keep the chisel perpendicular to the striking surface during work. Add grease on schedule. Blank firing and lateral prying are strictly prohibited.
