Product Overview
Our Hydraulic breaker oil line is divided into an oil inlet pipe and an oil return pipe. It conveys the high-pressure oil provided by the excavator. The hydraulic oil enters the middle cylinder and drives the piston to reciprocate and impact. The low-pressure hydraulic oil after the piston completes the impact flows back through this pipeline to the hydraulic oil tank of the excavator, forming a complete hydraulic circulation.
Steps for Handling Damaged Breaker Oil Line
● Immediately stop the machine: To prevent hydraulic oil from splashing and impurities from entering the system.
● Release pressure: Close the oil supply cutoff valve for the excavator's breaker hammer, and release the remaining pressure in the pipeline.
● Disassembly and replacement: Remove the damaged oil pipe, check if the interface is intact, and replace it with a new oil pipe of the same specification and with high pressure resistance.
● Inspection and replenishment: Clean the surrounding oil stains, check the hydraulic oil level, and add hydraulic oil if necessary.
