Product Overview
The hydraulic breaker front head serves as the front-end load-bearing assembly for your excavator hydraulic hammer.
Its built-in components cover the working chisel, inner and outer guide bushes, exhaust valve as well as the grease nipple mounted on its bottom-end section.
This key attachment undertakes side-to-side lateral force from the chisel. It absorbs powerful rebound impact produced in rock-crushing work and shields the built‑in piston against harmful side loading.

● Excessive clearance: Severe wear between the chisel and bushes allows impurities and dust to enter the cylinder and abrade the inner wall.

● Poor lubrication: Insufficient grease supply or contaminated grease aggravates friction between the piston and cylinder wall.

● Light-weight inner-wall scoring: Take the whole front‑head assembly apart for detailed inspection. Polish and hone scratched cylinder walls by using oil stones or specialist honing gear, then fit brand‑new complete seal kits.
● Serious cracks and housing distortion: Welding work cannot remove hidden safety risks once the front-head develops cracks or permanent deformation. We suggest installing a matching-spec new-model hydraulic breaker front head for replacement.
Daily Preventive Measures
Apply grease on schedule. Regularly inspect the wear level of the chisel and bushes. Replace bushes promptly once excessive clearance is detected.
